3. After we assign you a ship date, please pack your instrument carefully and ship with full insurance. We cannot be responsible for anything that happens to your instrument on its way here. We open and examine each package thoroughly before beginning our work. Send it to: AAL at Hollowood Music, 601 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136
   
4. After we examine your guitar, we’ll advise you about how we think the AO1 process will affect your instrument(s.) Then we’ll begin the treatment.
5. When your guitar is ready (between 3-4 weeks) we will require you to pay the full balance due including return shipping costs.
6. Upon payment we will carefully pack your instrument up and send it back to you insured, along with your before and after waveform analysis charts and a signed service certificate. Each guitar we process can have a small AAL label applied either inside the body, on the back of the headstock or on the pickguard marking the date of the process. This is a feature that will elevate the resale value of your instrument and precisely identify when it was processed. (You may also decline any label.)
