Alchemy Acoustic Labs™, LLC (AAL) is a Pittsburgh based tech company dedicated to providing solutions to musicians through science and ingenuity. AAL was founded around a proprietary process (AO1™) invented by Frank Sanns for improving the acoustic resonance and amplitude of acoustic guitars and other fine wooden instruments .
A gallery-featured professional photographer and alternative energy expert, Frank is a walking list of accomplishments that include patents ranging from aerodynamic polymers found on Corvettes to nuclear fusion reactors. It is no surprise that he was recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and on Wired.com.
Frank’s constant quest for knowledge and improvement is nowhere more evident than in his work to improve upon the finest stringed instruments in the world.
