Alchemy Acoustic Labs™, LLC (AAL) is a Pittsburgh-based tech company dedicated to providing solutions to musicians through science and ingenuity. AAL was founded around a proprietary process (AO1™) invented to improve the acoustic resonance and amplitude of acoustic guitars and other fine wooden instruments .
The process was developed by Frank Sanns, a scientist whose accomplishments nclude patents ranging from aerodynamic polymers found on Corvettes to nuclear fusion reactors. It is no surprise that he was recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and on Wired.com.
